Merstham - RH1

A local to Merstham for over 15 years, I know the area very well. Located in the heart of East Surrey and with great connections into London and the countryside, Merstham has grown and changed considarably over the years.

There are a range of different home types arond the area. Traditionally terraced houses or flats have combi boilers due to the space saving and perfomance. Larger houses have traditionally stuck to system or regular boilers (with hot water cylinders in airing cupboards and water tanks in lofts).

There is a good supply of heating and plumbing supplies on the Holmesthorpe industrial area.
